The Opportunity: Your Role at Landeed

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive with native-level fluency in Kannada to join our dynamic team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our users, guiding them through the Landeed platform, fulfilling their property document orders, and actively contributing to our sales efforts. What You'll Do:

Be the Voice of Landeed: Answer incoming calls from users, providing clear, concise, and friendly assistance primarily in Kannada.

Guide and Enable: Help users navigate the Landeed platform, ensuring they understand how to find and utilize our features effectively.

Order Fulfillment & Sales: Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders for property documents, guiding them through the purchase process and explaining the benefits of Landeed's services to drive sales.

Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Landeed's products and services to accurately explain features, benefits, and address common inquiries.

Problem Solver: Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Achieve & Exceed: Contribute to team targets by focusing on sales conversions, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores, and ensuring quick resolution times for all inquiries.

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in Kannada (Non-Negotiable): Exceptional verbal communication skills in Kannada are essential to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Proficiency in English is also required.

Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people, coupled with strong empathy, patience, and active listening skills.

Communication Pro: Ability to explain complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.

Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.

Ownership: Ability to manage a daily volume of approximately 50 customer interactions (calls and orders).

Education: NA

Experience: While not mandatory, any prior experience in customer support, sales, or the real estate sector would be a plus. Freshers with a strong desire to learn and excel are also encouraged to apply!
