We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support team. The role involves resolving customer queries via live chat for international clients, ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously for international clients.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
Assist customers with order placements, product inquiries, billing issues, and technical support.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM with high accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, web browsing).
Prior experience in chat/email support is a plus.
Minimum: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
