We are hiring an Accounts Coordinator who will act as a liaison between our Business Development Executives (BDEs) and US Clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client expectations, and a proactive attitude toward coordination and relationship management.
Serve as a point of contact between US clients and internal BDEs.
Understand client requirements, preferences, and pain points clearly, and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
Schedule, manage, and follow up on client meetings and feedback sessions.
Track account progress and ensure consistent client engagement.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met on time.
Help BDEs prepare tailored pitches and proposals based on client insights.
Maintain organized documentation of communications, client preferences, and account status.
Assist in resolving any communication gaps, delays, or misunderstandings between clients and the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a client coordination or account management role (preferably in US Staffing).
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to understand client behavior, needs, and expectations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email management, and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work in Night Shift (US EST Time Zone).
