Shift timing : Must be comfortable with rotational shifts
Working Days : 6

Roles and Responsibilities :
● Listen to customers' concerns, issues and questions about Landry.
● Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability,
● Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
"● Candidates have to attend & answer the queries of our customers through calls & Emails related to our Business.
"●They will be trained under calls, emails & the software’s we work on.
"
● Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
● Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
● Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during
customer interactions.
● Handle and gather confidential information.
