Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our Domestic Voice Process. You will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

• Understand customer queries and provide timely and effective resolutions.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints in CRM systems.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

• Meet performance benchmarks such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Primary Language – e.g., Hindi, English, Tamil, etc.].

• Good listening skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Freshers are welcome; experience in a similar role is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in customer service, call centre, or BPO industry.

• Knowledge of CRM software or call centre tools.

• Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
