Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Intern to assist our growing user base. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, chat, and calls
Track, follow up, and resolve customer issues including order updates, technical queries, returns, and escalations
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with the logistics, product, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of support tickets
Contribute to support documentation and FAQs for better self-service experience
