Role Overview
We are hiring for a Customer Service Executive to handle the client interactions efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries and ensuring the quality service delivery across communication channels.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and emails
Provide an accurate information and support based on client queries
Maintain the call/email quality
Log all the customer interactions and update systems accordingly
Coordinate with the internal teams when needed
Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates
Qualification: Minimum HSC or Graduate
Good verbal communication skills (Versant score 4–5 preferred)
Willing to work 6 days with rotational week-offs
Should be able to commute to Ghansoli, MBP
