Job Description:
GD is primarily a B2B modelled company, collaborating with small/medium size laboratories, hospitals and similar medical institutions. This is a critical profile and shall have the key responsibilities assigned and monitored by the top management. The Associate/ Executive of GD’s Business Development Department is tasked with meeting prospective clients (or existing ones) in an assigned territory face to face, presenting and impressing upon the advantages of tying up with GD and close the transaction.
The opportunity is significant specifically for fresher or profiles with limited experience. There is a big scope of learning to become an ace profile in the industry.
The JD can be wider in scope based on how much the candidate can bite n chew, but shall broadly be as under:
· Guide new customers through a seamless on boarding process.
· Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
· Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs.
· Gather and communicate valuable customer feedback to improve products.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams.
· Stay updated on company products and industry best practices.
· Efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
