Week Offs: Rotational (No fixed Saturday/Sunday off)

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process team. The Customer Service Associate (CSA) will handle customer queries via voice calls, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for queries related to the client’s services or products.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and service quality on every interaction.
Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality metrics.
Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 10th pass and above.
(Not eligible – BE/B.Tech/Post Graduates)
Experience:
Fresher: Eligible (BAND 1)
Experienced: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred (BAND 2 / BAND 3)
Age: Up to 40 years.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Typing speed: Minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
