About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in international time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to the company’s customer service standards.
Collaborate with team leads and support teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Freshers (0 years) to experienced candidates (up to 4 years) are eligible.
Comfortable working in international shift timings (night/rotational shifts).
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Must be willing to work from office.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Previous experience in BPO, call center, or customer support roles.
Experience in an international voice process will be an added advantage.
