Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Call Center Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in
outbound sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Hindi, a positive
attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective outbound calling. You will be
responsible for engaging with potential customers, pitching products or services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell
products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through research and cold calling.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, features, and benefits to effectively
communicate with customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by
addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in
the CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales or provide additional
information.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively suggest additional products/services to existing
customers where applicable.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and improve sales
processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (preferably in a
call center environment).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is required. Additional
languages are a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking
style.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and handle objections effectively.
• Customer Focus: Strong ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, dialer systems, and basic MS Office applications.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and
professionally.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
• Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in outbound tele-sales or telemarketing, particularly in a call center
setting.
• Knowledge of sales techniques such as lead qualification, objection handling, and closing
techniques.
• Familiarity with handling high-volume outbound calls.
