Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Mohali
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.
Qualification: BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech, or Diploma in Engineering after 12th (any technical degree).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
