We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure a seamless experience by resolving queries, addressing complaints, and providing timely assistance across various communication channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate information and recommendations.
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
0–2 years of experience in customer support or a related field (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
Problem-solving attitude and patience in handling customer concerns.
