1) Receive inbound/outbound customer calls related to Axis Bank services.

2)Resolve banking queries with professionalism and accuracy.

5)Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications:-

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
