Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with trading clients on call for the purpose of resolutions related with the scams, violations and frauds.

  Calling and getting the registration from the impacted trader.

  Working with the regulator (SEBI, RBI, Cyber Police) and documenting the concern with proofs and evidences.

  Collections of documents related to the fraudalent activities.

  Basic to advanced knowledge of the Stock Market Regulations with good communication.

  Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct seniors.

  Email drafting and co-ordination with Regulators on email.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5 - 6+ years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
