Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting the company's products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products and services to customers.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Follow-up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages if applicable).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner.
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
