Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Graduate in any stream.
🕓 Minimum 6 month to 2 years of experience in Email & Chat customer service processes.
🗣 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
🏦 Basic understanding of Retail Assets and Customer Service email transactions.
🤝 Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
