Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our US Healthcare process.
Your role will involve handling inbound voice calls from U.S. healthcare customers — no sales, no targets.
Responsibilities:
Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Maintain accuracy and empathy while assisting customers.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and proper documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates/Diploma holders preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. hours.
Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.
Salary & Benefits:
In-hand Salary: ₹15,000–₹19,000 per month
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month
Annual Performance Bonus: Up to ₹15,000
