Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Night Shift)
Salary (In-Hand): ₹15,000 – ₹19,000
Industry: US Healthcare (Inbound Voice – No Sales/No Targets)
Manage incoming customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
Offer accurate and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues effectively.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex concerns.
Meet performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to handle Night Shift (US Hours) with professionalism.
Working Days: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
