Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with international clients.
Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
Achieve assigned targets for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO (mandatory).
Graduate/Undergraduate with good English communication skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
