Manage inbound and outbound calls for an international voice process.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality parameters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Meet performance and compliance metrics as per organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduates only (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Other Skills: Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset.
Compensation:
For CSVAR B2 (Score 65-71): ₹5.6 LPA
For CSVAR C1 (Score 72 and above): ₹6.5 LPA
