Job Opening: Customer Care Executive - Mobile Banking at Bandhan Bank
Are you a customer-focused individual with a knack for problem-solving? Bandhan Bank is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our mobile banking team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their mobile banking queries and providing outstanding support.
What You'll Do:
Help customers with mobile banking questions, transactions, and technical issues.
Provide clear and accurate information about our mobile banking features and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues when needed.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with your professional and friendly communication.
Accurately document all customer interactions.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in Bengali, along with English and/or Hindi.
A strong ability to solve problems and a positive, customer-first attitude.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency with computers and different software applications.
Previous customer service experience, especially in banking or mobile banking, is a plus.
Salary and Work Schedule
CTC: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Take-home: ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 per month
Working Hours:
For Males: Evening shift (3 PM - 12 AM and 4 PM - 1 AM)
For Females: Morning shift (7 AM - 4 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM)
