🧾 Job Responsibilities:

• Make reminder calls to customers with upcoming payment due dates.

• Contact customers who have missed their payment dates (overdue calls).

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer financial needs.

• Provide prompt support for customer queries and concerns.

• Demonstrate strong listening and decision-making skills.

• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.

• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.

• Share daily updates with the reporting manager.

🗣️ Language Skills:

• Excellent command of Hindi

• Good communication skills in English

💼 Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Any stream) / Graduate & above

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of customer support or BPO experience preferred

• Freshers with a passion for customer service are welcome to apply

Technical Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM

💰 Salary Structure:

• Freshers: ₹16,000/- per month

• Experienced: ₹18,000/- per month

• Daily Basis Incentives upto 5k per day as per performance

• No PF & ESIC (Under NAPS)

🕘 Working Hours:

• Shift 1: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM

• Shift 2: 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM

• Both Male & Female candidates are eligible

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
