Job Title: Junior Hotel Consultant
Location: Kamela Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Hotel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Freshers and candidates with experience in other fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person.

• Draft and type emails, proposals, and other documents accurately.

• Convince potential clients about the value and benefits of our hotel booking services.

• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize duties as needed.

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

• Use computer applications to manage daily tasks and customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Proficient in email typing and basic document formatting

• Presentable and customer-friendly demeanor

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
