Key Responsibilities:
Attend incoming support calls and assist customers in resolving their issues related to POS software.
Respond to customer queries and issues shared via email in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide step-by-step guidance or escalate to the technical team if needed.
Maintain proper records of interactions and ensure follow-up for unresolved issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Rotational shift.
