We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, empathetic, and accurate support across various channels including email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and internal procedures.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or team leads when necessary.
Document interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or processes.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution time, CSAT).
Required:
0 to 5+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using support tools and technologies
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
PUC or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
Multilingual skills (a plus, especially in [specify language if relevant]).
