We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team in Bengaluru. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products/services
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
0 to 4 years of experience in customer support or related field (Freshers welcome)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems
Patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude
Willingness to work in shifts, if required
