Job responsibilities:
Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using
consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest
alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.
Ensures all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Ensures confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents.
Follow-up with callers on complaint and/or question resolution status
Delivery tracking and Vendor Follow up and Customer follow-up.
Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer
Candidate Profile:
Knowledge of MS office and Excel
Good communication.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
