Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential/existing customers using scripts

• Answer product/company-related queries

• Understand customer needs and close sales

• Direct qualified leads to field sales team

• Update customer information in the database

• Take & process orders accurately

• Address customer complaints and maintain records

• Conduct research to support lead generation

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate

• Required 0 - 6+ years of experience.

• The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.

• Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.

• Good communication & convincing skills in Bengal

• Basic knowledge of Email and MS-Excel.
