Role: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused CRM to manage end-to-end client interactions after the production phase. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery, high-quality outputs, and complete customer satisfaction, while also spotting opportunities to upsell and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-production phase.

• Manage delivery timelines for edited photos, videos, albums, and print products.

• Coordinate album designs, approvals, revisions, and print orders with precision.

• Collaborate with photographers, editors, designers, and vendors to deliver quality outputs.

• Track and update production milestones, keeping clients informed throughout.

• Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded within agreed timelines.

• Maintain accurate records and updates using CRM or project management tools.

• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, testimonials, and referrals.

• Upsell & cross-sell services/products to maximize client value and revenue.

• Handle escalations with tact to ensure effective service recovery.

Required Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in client servicing, CRM, or project coordination (preferred).

• Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM/project management tools & MS Office.

• Customer-first mindset with a passion for relationship building.
