Optimize lead capture, nurturing, and conversion workflows.
Develop and maintain detailed customer segmentation and behavior analysis reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate tracking and updates of leads and client interactions.
Create and manage automated communication journeys (email/SMS).
Ensure CRM data integrity through audits, de-duplication, and training.
Integrate CRM with marketing platforms and campaign analytics tools.
Prepare regular CRM performance dashboards and KPIs for management review.
