Client Onboarding:
Welcome and guide customers through the onboarding process after booking confirmation.
Ensure all client details are accurately captured and updated in the CRM system.
Documentation & Agreements:
Coordinate the execution of Sales Agreements, Allotment Letters, and other legal documents.
Ensure timely collection of necessary documents from customers.
Payment Coordination:
Track payment schedules as per the agreed payment plan.
Follow up with customers for timely payments and send reminders.
Coordinate with the accounts/finance team to ensure payment reconciliation.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for all post-sales queries.
Provide regular project updates (construction progress, approvals, etc.).
Handle complaints or concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Handover & Possession:
Plan and coordinate the handover process with clients.
Ensure units are ready as per commitment and manage snag lists if any.
Facilitate registration, society formation, and maintenance transfer processes.
CRM System Management:
Maintain updated records of customer interactions and project progress.
Generate reports on customer status, payment schedules, and pending issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer handling and relationship management
Proficiency in CRM software .
Basic knowledge of legal documents and compliance in real estate
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
