Coordinate daily task lists and ensure on-time execution
Follow up with internal teams (Sales, Design, Marketing, Accounts, etc.) for task status
Maintain and update process trackers and delegation sheets
Collect daily/weekly updates from departments and present them to reporting heads
Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure process adherence
Assist in internal audits, compliance checks, and performance evaluations
Serve as a communication bridge between managers and team members
Schedule and manage internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Coordinate between clients and team (where required) to ensure project timelines are met
Identify bottlenecks or delays in processes
Escalate unresolved issues to senior management
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic understanding of internal processes in service-based companies (plus point)
Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
2–3 years of experience in operations, admin, or process-oriented roles
Exposure to a structured team or agency setup is a plus
