Job Description :
Client Relationship Management:
· Act as a primary point of contact for existing clients
· Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with advertisers, media, buyers and agencies.
· Address client queries, complaints and provide timely resolutions
Retention & Upselling :
· Identify opportunities for renewals and upselling new media properties or packages
· Assist the sales team with upsell pitches using client feedback and complaints
· Address client queries, complaints and provide timely resolutions
Campaign Coordination :
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of OOH campaigns
· Ensure timely posting, monitoring and reporting of campaigns
· Share proof of performance (POP) reports and resolve any execution gap
Documentation & Reporting :
· Ensure contracts, agreements and documentation are in place and up to date
· Maintain CRM systems with client interactions, feedback and campaign status
Market & Client Intelligence :
· Stay updated on client business, market trends and competition activities
· Share market intelligence with the sales and planning teams
