We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to oversee daily operations and deal with customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating garment processing, ensuring quality control, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Greet customers and assist with order placement, pickup, and queries
2. Tag and log garments accurately using the POS or tracking system
3. Address customer complaints or escalate them to management
4. Monitor delivery schedules
