We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Relations Executive who has strong communication skills and can contribute to customer engagement and business growth.

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and prospects.

• Explain products/services and build interest among potential customers.

• Maintain customer database and update CRM/system regularly.

• Resolve queries of customers with professionalism.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude while communicating.

✔️ Education: Graduation (any stream) – Mandatory
