We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CRM to manage and enhance customer relationships for our banquet hall operations. The CRM will be the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through event completion, ensuring seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and provide detailed information about services, packages, and availability.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide customized banquet solutions accordingly.
Maintain client database and follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, decoration, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of events.
Manage booking documentation, payment tracking, and contracts.
Gather feedback post-events and resolve any client issues or concerns professionally.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients for repeat business and referrals.
Assist in creating marketing content and participating in promotional activities to attract new clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in client handling, preferably in event management or hospitality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software or basic knowledge of database systems is a plus.
