Role - Customer Relationship Executive
Experience - Fresher to 2 Years
Location - Sembakkam, Chennai
Interact with customers via calls, emails, or in person to resolve queries and provide assistance.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, technical support) to ensure customer requirements are met.
Maintain customer databases, track interactions, and prepare regular reports.
Support sales and marketing activities through customer feedback and insights.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Fluency in English + local language (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
