Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.

• Guide customers in booking decoration, cakes, and gift services.

• Maintain product knowledge to explain packages, pricing, and add-ons clearly.

• Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Record customer requests, complaints, and feedback properly.

• Provide quick and polite resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Follow up with customers after service to ensure quality and build long-term trust.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate (any stream) with good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to handle customer conversations with patience and a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email handling).

• Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or call handling will be preferred.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
