• Develop robust knowledge of all products / services.

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

• Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns.

• Diarise and share lead input with CREs

• Attend Requirement Meeting

• Handling the customer queries and resolving quickly and efficiently

• Report daily/weekly on the status of field marketing activities.
