Terminal Operator & Client Servicing Executive Share Broking

Job Description (JD):

Location: Idar, Modasa, Himatnagar & Mehsana (Gujarat)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage both terminal operations (executing trades on behalf of clients) and client servicing responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for handling client transactions on the trading terminal and addressing client queries, ensuring compliance and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Terminal Operations:

• Execute buy/sell trades on behalf of clients through NSE/BSE terminals.

• Monitor market trends, indices, and client portfolios in real-time.

• Ensure trades are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.

• Maintain trading limits and margin requirements.

• Generate daily trade reports and share with clients or compliance team.

Client Servicing:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients on queries related to demat, trading, account opening, and KYC.

• Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and market movements.

• Assist in onboarding new clients, including documentation and trading software support.

• Educate clients on using trading platforms (web/mobile).

• Address complaints/escalations and resolve them in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

• NISM Certification (Equity Derivatives / Currency Derivatives) mandatory.

• 1–3 years experience in trading operations or broking firm.

• Strong understanding of capital markets, equity & derivatives.

• Proficient in trading terminals (ODIN, NOW, NEST, or similar).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
