We at Suha HR Consultancy are recruiting for one of our reputed client - An ISO 9001:2008 certified company and one of the renowned manufacturers of buttweld pipe fittings, compression tube fittings with and without ferrules, high pressure forged fittings and flanges.

Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Charni Road, Mumbai – 400004

Office Duration: Full time – 8 Hours

Shifts: Shift I - 10.30 am to 6.30 pm

Shift II - 11.00 am to 7.00 pm

Salary Package: 15000/- to 20000/- Per month

Job Summary:

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end client relationship process, from order acknowledgment to dispatch and feedback collection. This role ensures seamless coordination between sales, operations, dispatch, and clients to maintain a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Job Description:

 Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.

 Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.

 Always ask them for true feedback.

 Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection

 of payment.

 Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.

 Give or support the participants/clients about company products or

 services.

 Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to

 the concern.

 Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

Key skills for Client Relationship Management :

 Polite disposition.

 Ability of rigorous follow up.

 The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and

 writing – with colleagues and clients.

 Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.

 Proactive.

 Thorough knowledge of products/services.

 Always available on calls.
