Job Title: CRM Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer interactions and support our operations. The role involves handling client communication, managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers daily via calls to resolve queries and provide support (Fluent in English & Hindi).
Manage incoming client orders across multiple platforms (phone, email, WhatsApp, Amazon, etc.) and handle the entire order-to-delivery process promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution with regular client updates.
Maintain and update customer data in Excel and ERP software.
Follow up on payments and maintain accurate financial records in Excel.
Collect customer feedback, manage repeat orders, and address concerns.
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear and timely communication.
