Handle end-to-end process for students or clients applying for overseas education.
Assist clients in choosing the right country, course, or visa category based on eligibility and interests.
Collect, verify, and process required documents as per institutional requirements.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, or visa offices for application status and updates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission procedures, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding application fees, deadlines, and financial documentation.
Maintain records of all Student interactions, applications, and progress reports.
Required Skills:
0–3 years of experience in overseas education, immigration, or related customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of university/college admission processes and visa documentation is an advantage.
