We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our company.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using computers and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
