We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
Support sales and marketing teams as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
