We are hiring a Computer Operator to manage our Customer Service Desk. The selected candidate will handle incoming customer calls, provide accurate support, and maintain data entry and basic system operations.
Answer and manage customer queries over the phone politely and professionally
Maintain accurate records in the system or Excel
Support ticket logging and basic troubleshooting
Report to the customer care manager for unresolved issues
Coordinate with other departments as needed
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Internet)
Good communication skills (Hindi )
Customer service mindset and patience
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a Graduate
