Core responsibilities –
● Client Coordination – Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood, documented, and communicated to the Project Manager for seamless execution.
● Turnaround Time (TAT) – One major criterion leading to client satisfaction is the execution of the project in a timely manner. The manager needs to monitor the turnaround time for all their projects and strive to improve it to meet the company's desired standards.
● Client Satisfaction – Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work with the internal team, through the Project Manager, to provide quick resolutions.
● Business growth – The executive will have to drive business growth from designated clients in alignment with company-set targets.
● Reporting – The executive needs to maintain meticulous project documentation and provide timely reports as necessary.
