We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Service Representatives (Tele Sales) for our Star Health Insurance – Sales Process.

Shift: Day Shift | 1 Rotational Weekly Off

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers Welcome)

Age Limit: 18 – 38 years

Language Requirement:

Must be fluent in Malayalam (speaking & understanding)

Basic English communication preferred

You will be responsible for:

Calling potential customers and explaining various health insurance plans

Converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Meeting daily/weekly sales targets
