We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of inbound calls, identifying and assessing customers’ needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Manage large volumes of incoming calls efficiently.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
